We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request us.
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to Contact Us page.
After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
At Glovobay, we accept return requests subject to the following conditions: The customer must contact our customer service team to initiate the process. We will verify the condition of the product as it was delivered. If the product presents defects or damage attributable to Glovobay, we will proceed with a product replacement, subject to stock availability. Cash refunds are not issued except in cases provided for by European legislation (Directive 2019/771) and applicable U.S. regulations.
Customers in the EU have the right to a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
